Convert JPG to WebP.

Frequently asked questions
How much smaller is WebP than JPG?
For photos, usually 25–35% at the same visual quality. The result card shows the exact before and after size of every file, so you can see what you saved.
Will WebP work everywhere?
Every current browser displays WebP, so it is safe for websites. It is less safe for forms and older software — government and exam portals, for example, often accept only JPG or PNG.
Does converting a JPG to WebP lose quality?
WebP is lossy at the settings that make it small, so each conversion discards a little detail. At 85–90% the difference is not visible — but keep your original JPGs as the masters.
