Crop a PDF.

Wide white margins, a scanner’s black border, a receipt lost in the middle of an A4 page — draw a box around the part that matters and every page is trimmed to it.

  • Pages are cropped in your browser — the PDF is never uploaded
  • Draw the area once on page 1; every page follows
  • Lossless: text stays sharp and selectable

How it works.

  1. 1Drop a PDF into the box above — page 1 appears with a crop box on it.
  2. 2Drag the box into place and pull its corners to size. The readout shows the new page size in millimetres.
  3. 3Tap Crop PDF. The same crop is applied to every page, on your device.
  4. 4Download the cropped PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Is the cropped-off part deleted?

No — it is hidden. Cropping a PDF sets the visible area of each page, which keeps it lossless and quick, but the content outside is still in the file. If something must really be gone, such as a signature or an account number, black it out with a redaction tool or rebuild the pages with Compress PDF.

My pages are different sizes. What happens?

The crop is applied in proportion. If you trim 10% off the left of page 1, every page loses 10% of its own width from the left, so mixed A4 and Letter pages are treated alike.

Does cropping reduce quality?

No. Nothing is re-rendered or re-compressed; the text stays sharp and selectable, and images inside keep their full resolution.

Can I crop just one page?

This tool crops every page the same way. To crop one page only, take it out first with Split PDF, crop it here, then put the document back together with Merge PDF.
